SENIOR PORTRAITS:
No session fee refunds (non-refundable). If you are unhappy with your session, we will re-shoot it at no additional charge.
FAMILY PORTRAITS:
No session fee refunds (non-refundable). If you are unhappy with your session - we will re-shoot it at no additional charge.
RENEWAL - JUSTICE/PEACE - WEDDING CLIENTS:
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your renewal, justice of peace, or wedding date; should your session be cancellec, add to this non-refundable deposit any administrative costs.
COMPLIMENTARY ENGAGEMENT SHOOT:
If you have completed your complimentary engagement session and must cancel your wedding -- you will be responsible for reimbursing Expressive Moments for any fees paid toward that session. A standard engagement shoot begins at $100.00 per hour plus expenses.
CANCELLATIONS - WEDDINGS:
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and turn others interested in that date away. Any monies paid over and beyond would be returned to you unless other expenses have been incurred (such as gas, administrative, albums, and material or equipment expenses).
If you cancel or postpone your wedding date, you may find that your original contract is void. Circumstances to be discussed. Your $200 non-refundable deposit will remain as a deposit towards a newly selected package and date or package offered. Packages are not reconfigurable.
