Expressive Moments will photograph your engagement session and/or pre-marriage portfolio (1 to 2 locations) for free for wedding clients who choose the Emerald package or greater (see below). No package reduction if unable to do.
PACKAGE DETAILS:
Wedding package perk for most packages. See backdrop option section for formal pictures. You may have 1-3 dress changes. A 2-3 hour shoot will take place in locations that do not risk injury. A CD containing a Powerpoint slideshow with unlimited images will be given to you. 24 - 4x6 glossy pictures will be provided to you (see conditions below). You may order additional pictures from the ala carte page. Natural settings and portrait backdrop. Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather and photographer availability. If you select the Emerald wedding package (or greater), you will also receive 250 complimentary "save the date" postcards.
ENGAGEMENT PICS W/O WEDDING:
Expressive Moments is willing to photograph your engagement session with no obligation to shoot your wedding. Session fee is $100.00 (includes CD with Powerpoint slideshow of all best pictures and option to order from ala carte page). Additional option to purchase all of your best images for an additional $50.00 fee (with reprinting rights). This is a 1-2 hour shoot and is only available within a 35 RT mile range of Lafayette, Indiana. Payment in full prior to or on your portrait day. You may choose to have formal portraits or outdoor shots (or both). No session fee refunds. If you are unhappy, Expressive Moments will reshoot your session at no additional charge.
CANCELLATION OF WEDDINGS:
This engagement perk is in conjunction with most wedding packages. If you cancel your wedding and do not reschedule it within one year - and, you have had your engagement session photographed - you will be held responsible for reimbursing the photographer of all fees and expenses encountered from the shoot (gas, mileage, album(s), pictures, supplies, administrative costs).
